JNM Professional Services LLC ("JNM," "we," "us," or "our") operates jnmpros.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit our contact form, including:
- Business name and type
- Owner / contact name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Current website URL (optional)
- Free-text message (optional)
- Your SMS consent choice (whether you checked or did not check the SMS opt-in box)
We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit the Site:
- IP address (used for anti-spam and fraud prevention)
- Browser user-agent string
- Pages visited and referring URL
- Date and time of your visit
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and build your free preview website
- Contact you about our services by phone, email, or — if you opted in — text message
- Schedule appointments and provide follow-up information
- Improve the Site and prevent fraudulent submissions
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
If you check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from JNM Professional Services regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and follow-up information. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will be immediately removed from our SMS list and will receive a confirmation message.
- For help: Reply HELP to any text message or email us at info@jnmpros.com.
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can receive our free preview site and our full services whether or not you opt in to text messages.
- No third-party sharing for marketing: Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for undelivered messages.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS platforms, and website analytics) to operate the Site and communicate with you. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us, except as described in Section 6 for Google Analytics.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JNM, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers: If JNM is acquired or merged with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and SMS consent records for a minimum of four (4) years to satisfy TCPA recordkeeping requirements. Technical log data (IP, user-agent) is retained for 90 days unless required longer for security or legal purposes.
6. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses essential cookies (session state, security tokens) and Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics sets cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and whether the contact form was submitted or a phone number was tapped. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type into our forms to Google Analytics. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, remarketing tags, or Google Signals. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Site will continue to function normally either way.
Do Not Track: The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no common industry standard for how such signals should be interpreted.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
